How do you be consistent with your GTD weekly review?

Partner with different sleep schedule?

I do my best work early in the morning but my partner needs to sleep in / stay up late. I have to be really careful not to wake him up in the morning, so I can't use a traditional alarm clock – I tried a vibrating "bed shaking" alarm but it was even worse! Any tips for tools and/or resources for managing this scenario?
